Jerome Art Walk Celebrates Two Years of First Saturday Success

Jerome Art Walk continues its momentum on September 6 with its first Saturday celebration of art. Thirty galleries and studios will be open from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with art, music and refreshments. This free event has become a Verde Valley favorite with a shuttle that will transport you from the artist filled Old Jerome High School, up to the highest level of town with furniture makers StahlKraft and everything in-between. The Jerome Artwalk is an event that promises to become a great Northern Arizona tradition on the First Saturday of each month. Jerome's long and rich tradition as a respected art colony continues to be as vibrant as ever with an influx of talented new artists and galleries.

Artwalk has become a welcome addition to Jerome's night scene. Restaurants are full, the streets are busy and there is an excitement in the evening air. With 30 galleries and studios participating in the festivities, there is a party just about everywhere you go in Jerome on this first Saturday of the Month . From the Artist Studios at The Old High School to the upper level galleries on Clark Street and everything in between, the art aficionado will find much to enjoy. FREE shuttle bus will run on all 3 levels * Park once and visit all four levels of Jerome * Free parking will be available at middle and lower parking areas, as well as on street parking and lots of parking at the Old Jerome High School Studios.
